104 year old Farm House gets energy efficient

A 104 year old Brick farm house normally would not be considered energy efficient, but this project will replace the older and not very efficient propane furnace with a Geothermal heating and cooling system that uses the renewable energy of the earth. Other upgrades include replacing poorly designed ductwork and adding a return air to the second floor. Cheap replacement windows and storm doors will be replaced with Low E "Energy Star" windows and doors.
